David is an emergency physician and healthcare leader who played an integral role in his state's response to the pandemic.
Cathlyn is the Director of Operations for the Emergency Service Line at RWJ Barnabas Health. At the start of the pandemic she was the clinical education specialist in the St. Joseph's University Medical Center emergency department. She also became one of the voices of emergency nursing though her participation in the documentary "In Case of Emergency "
Maria is an experienced healthcare leader who remains grounded in her love for bedside nursing. During the pandemic she was the nurse manager in the emergency department of St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. She is currently an Assistant Vice President of Emergency Services in the RWJBarnabas Health system.
Prior to the pandemic Jeff was a new nurse to the emergency department in Paterson NJ but brought a wealth of experience from working in chronic care settings. He and his wife welcomed their first child during the heart of the pandemic. He remains in the same emergency department in the role of a charge nurse leading the clinical team that cares for almost 400 patients a day.
